Used Products Disclaimer
Used or UK-imported items are sold “as is” and may show minor signs of wear. We ensure all used gear is tested and in working condition before sale.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT (if applicable).
- We accept payment via bank transfer, Paystack, and other secure gateways.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer nationwide delivery within Nigeria.
- Delivery timelines are typically 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
- CameraTrader is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or communicated via customer support.
Return & Refund Policy
New Products:
- Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if defective or not as described.
- Item must be in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
Used Products:
- No returns for “change of mind.”
- Defective used products may be eligible for exchange or partial refund within 3 days of receipt, after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Software licenses
- Gift cards
- Special orders or custom builds
