- Color dyes are selected for their resistance to high temperatures and dissolved in special fire-retardant lacquers.
- The dyed lacquer is then applied to extraordinary clear, dimensionally stable, polymeric film.
- Color control and consistency are maintained by a computerized spectrometer capable of correcting color application to within 0.0004 grams per square meter (~10.75 sq ft).
