Refund & Return Policy

At CameraTrader Nigeria, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and how to initiate a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
1. New Products
You may return a new item within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective or damaged on arrival
- The item is not as described or the wrong item was sent
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
2. Used / UK-Imported Products
Used items are inspected and tested before sale. These products:
- Cannot be returned for change of mind
- May be eligible for return only if functionally defective within 3 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Software and digital products
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Clearance or “final sale” items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Refund Options
If your return is approved, we offer:
- Replacement (if item is still in stock)
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund to your original payment method (within 7–14 business days)
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photo/video evidence (if applicable)
3. Await return authorization and instructions
4. Ship the item back to us or bring it to our Lagos store:○
- 1, Isheri Road, Awosika, Isheri Olowora, Ojodu, Berger, Lagos.
Important Notes
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.
- For products shipped with manufacturer warranties, you may be directed to the manufacturer for repairs/replacement.
Exchange Policy (Optional)
We may allow one-time exchange of unopened items for different models within 3 days, subject to:
- Stock availability
- Payment of any price difference
